Blake Brandon

Northeast Florida has become a great location for horse-lovers - there is trail and beach riding, show grounds, numerous horse clubs and wonderful equestrian property.

As a Realtor, Licensed Florida State Building Contractor and long time horse-owner who came to Florida 6 years ago, Blake Brandon has the unique background to help fellow horse enthusiasts find suitable property and get settled in this equine friendly region. Having a Finance degree from Georgetown University and many years in residential and commercial property - buying, selling and renting, she has an excellent perspective on realty value and development possibilities.

Her additional experience includes years as a medical office manager.

Blake grew up in Potomac, Md. and got her first pony when she was 8. She has raised and trained many horses since then. Blake and her family lived in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia for 20 years where they stood stallions, raised horses, cultivated hay and bought, renovated and sold several farms. A former member of the Rockbridge Hunt and coach for the TREC International Trail Riding Team, she has competed in Hunter/Jumper, Dressage and even Barrel Racing. She has won Top Ten Arabian Hunter, World Champion Sidesaddle, taking first places at both the Washington International and Madison Square Garden Horse Shows and was Top Ten Region One Dressage in Grand Prix. She lives on 4 acres including stable and dressage arena with her husband, two horses and cats near St. Augustine, Florida and is active in both trail-riding and dressage.

After developing various properties and businesses in Virginia and Florida, she is especially qualified to assist, in most every aspect of what is needed, horse people make their equestrian lifestyle dreams come true in this area.
